Zaxby`s in Oak Ridge

Went to zaxbys tonight for salads !!!!awesome!!!And sweet tea let me say really like the tea however with this trip was told We no longer sever lemons!!!!!really are you just freaking kidding!!!Okay Shoneys!!!stopped eating there too!!!!!!

Food's always been great here.

Rude Drive through clerk could barely be troubled to activate her vocal cords. Effect was a barely audible growl. Even more rude at the window.

Good food, although I found a washer in my food one time... The soda machine could use a cleaning.

Typical Zaxbys. Nice folks. Drink machine was empty of my selection my entire time there though. Otherwise, a good visit.

Food was good but a bit pricey for the food you get

I went to zaxbys about an hr ago. I got 3 meals asked for extra zax sauce, I got 1 sauce for 3 meals? Unacceptable!

We love Zaxby’s, however the quality of the food is dependent upon the quality of the employees. I assume they all receive the same training, however we have had the good, quality food and the the “so bad our dog wouldn’t eat it” food. I’m sad to say that in the past six months quality continues to decline more and more! It’s take a risk and patronize the fast food restaurant for your own opinion. I doubt that we will wait for six before we test the food again. The turnover of staff is part of the problem.

Nice chicken spot with quick service and good food. Sometimes it hits the buffalo chicken craving just right.

I purchased the buffalo chips as I usually do when I eat at Zaxbys. Upon receiving my food I noticed the dip was only half full. I asked the cashier for a full one and she said, “that is all you get”. I’ve been a customer of Zaxbys for many years and have eaten at many different locations and I can assure you that this was not the correct portion size. This could have been an easy fix. I will be contacting management and corporate to insist on a refund. I would like half of my money back for a half size portion. #SeemsFair

Never give you enough sauce for your chicken

A simple Uber eats order turned in to a mess when our driver completely abandoned our order. The employees at zaxbys were so nice and let us pick our order up 2 minutes before close and even gave us cookies. Easily some of the best service I've ever gotten at a fast food restaurant.

Got a boneless wings meal and asked for fries to be well done. My fries were cold and soggy. Wings were dry too. They forgot my toast too. 🤦🏽‍♀️😐

Manager lied about replacing an order that was entirely par-sub... I had to pay to replace the side items that they got wrong the first time after being told that the entire order would be FREE. I hate liars and cheapskates... BTW I asked if the same people own the Hardin Valley zaxbys so I'd give them $25-30 a week but I found out they own them all sooooooo NO MORE ZAXBYS! I'll be spending my take out money on I ♥️ Sushi!!! It's tastes better and is waaaaay healthier 😍

Love Zaxby's - My Favorite Fast Food Restaurant

Zaxby's was as expected good food i prefer KFC. The service was normal not great not terrible we had an enjoyable visit. Zaxby's has been good for us when we had large parties.

Not very good. Staff was pleasant but my chicken salad sandwich tasted old and the bread was so hard I could not eat it. This was one of those times when I should have sent it back, but to blasted hungry to wait on a new sandwich.

Cobb "zalad" with fried chicken; one word. YUM! The sweet tea ran out in the lobby and the girl refilling it must have apologized to me a minimum of 9 times. I wasn't upset (she was refilling it so quickly). All-in-all it was a pleasant lunch.

Blackened salad is absolutely fantastic. Employees are always super nice. Love eating here.

The food was good as always. The dining room is still closed though.

Not happy with my last order, I send food to my mother in a nursing home, they were out of product for the item I ordered so just sent out a lower quality product without giving me the choice to change the order, my mom was very dissapointed with her meal, when I pay that much for something I expect to get that item

Great tasting fast food!

One of my husband's favorite places to eat. I love the vanilla Cream Soda, the fries, and the toast. Yesterday it could have been cleaner, but we arrived at the end of dinner rush and I think they were short staffed. Overall still good.

These reviews make no sense everytime i go here its amazing. I love the chicken finger platter with 6 chicken fingers fries and toast. I love the Zax sauce along with ranch yumm! I always get treated well and i love the drink machine that only a few places have. I love Zaxby's

The service was horrible. My husband asked for mayonnaise and the lady dropped a pack in the floor and picked it up and gave it to him. Will never go back to this location they were awful

Zaxby's oakridge can't your order correct how hard is it to read a screen and fill order with what is on a receipt

The blackened salad was so big and very good. Nice dinning room and salad came on a real plate. I enjoyed it. Also they have the touch screen coke machine. Very good.

Better chicken places for a better price. I have never cared for their little soggy tenders.

Id give more stars but after today they don't deserve it. I love their salad but everytime i ask for no cheese a half of the time i still get it. And i did this time and our order got lost in their system??

I got to zaxby's at 954 and they were closed door says 10 I know I'm that person everyone hates but if your open till 10 then you don't lock your doors till 10 change your hours

A restaurant centered around just chicken fingers. Their chicken is good IF you eat it when it's brand new. After it's cold it's not good anymore. They have good salads and good cole slaw, that is actually tastes just like KFC slaw. Their crinkle fries are delicious. Large portion sizes. It sucks they quit selling their delicious milkshakes The Oak Ridge location is managed horribly. There are way too many employees in the morning and daytime, half of which stand around and look at each other like they are waiting for someone else to do the work.. then the night crew is terribly understaffed. This place seems like they have to have 10 people on a shift to do 3 or 4 people worth if work. I assume they stay in business because they are right across the street from the hospital.

Great food could use a better parking lot

If you come by, make sure to ask for Tremaine! She was SO patient with me while I changed my order multiple times—I think I would have been annoyed with someone like me! :-) She was working both register and drive through and did it with calm and grace.

Sorry French fries were not the best like usual. It's happened twice

Sat in drive thru 20 minutes and still had to go in to get my order fixed.

Blonde lady working the cash register was great

Drive thru was quick to take and hand out our orders. Not the friendliest. She ask for the money and not interested if we needed anything we did ask for the condiments(which are very tasty making hungry again, lol) I'm messy and between two people (meal appetizer and drink) no salt paper mayo and only 2 napkins. Food. Is always very good love it hope it stays 100%.
